HELiPRO Terms of trade

Please note the following conditions of trade including

CANCELLATION POLICY (Applicable except during Rugby World Cup as below)

Cancellation policy is 30% within 7 days, 70% within 24 hours and no cancellation is required if the flight is cancelled by HELiPRO due weather or volcanic activity.

CANCELLATION POLICY (During Rugby World Cup - 1st Sept 2011 - 31st Oct 2011)

Bookings cancelled within 7 days are subject to a 70 % cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 90 days will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No cancellation fee is required if the flight is cancelled by HELiPRO due to weather or volcanic activity.

Please note: For transfers during the RWC we recommend that all clients have alternative transport arrangements should their flight be cancelled due to weather conditions. Other transport operators will be busy during this period, so it is essential to book alternative transport in addition to HELiPRO transfers. HELiPRO are happy to arrange this with other operators, however there will be an associated standby fee which will need to be paid in advance and this is non refundable

Tour prices are in NZ$ and include GST.
Minimum numbers apply.

Tour duration, flight times and tour inclusions may vary due to weather conditions and passenger loadings.

All offshore, volcanic, snow landings and landings at unprepared off site locations, are undertaken at your own risk. Such Landings are at your pilot’s sole discretion.

All major credit cards and currencies accepted.

Operations daily subject to weather and volcanic activity.

Due to weight and balance restrictions on all aircraft, please notify our bookings office if passengers exceed 130 kgs (286lbs)
